Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 4d2u. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 4d2u support team immediately at [email protected]. We are not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 4d2u platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any illegal activity — including fraud, money laundering, or misuse of payment systems — is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform without authorisation. Any discovery of technical bugs or security vulnerabilities must be reported to us rather than exploited.
- Sharing your account with another individual without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content on any of our communication platforms is strictly prohibited.
- Using a false name or invalid identity documents during registration or verification is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable in their place of residence.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 4d2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using supported payment methods registered under the same name as the 4d2u account holder.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and valid. 4d2u reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or non-compliance with our security policies.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to change from time to time. Withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level and VIP status. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three business days, depending on the payment method selected.
4d2u does not cover any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers in the course of a transaction. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

Account Suspension & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension or Closure
4d2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law. In the case of a legitimate closure, any eligible account balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to any applicable rollover conditions.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the 4d2u support team via email. Account closure requests will be processed within seven business days.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
4d2u reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this platform. We will endeavour to notify registered users of any material changes via email or in-platform notifications.
